You know your shit.
We don’t doubt that for one minute, honest. And you’re a doer, busy doing the do every day.
Getting stuff done, pulled this way and that, stretched tighter than Barry Gibb’s gums.
Trying to make a difference; more sales, more engagement, more awareness, more impact.
Met with 1,000 decisions to make from sunrise to sundown – decisions you rarely have any ‘real’ time to stop and consider – how do you choose what’s right or wrong for the brand and business as a whole?
9 in 90 solves that very important and often overlooked problem…
Perhaps you’re...
What if you could spend just 90 minutes of your cherished time downloading the contents of your brain into a decision-making framework?
What if by doing that – with the right people in the room – you could *finally* see what’s working, what isn’t, and experience some immensely satisfying ‘lightbulb’ moments?
What if you had a dynamic duo, with 50-whatever years of joint experience, to give you gentle direction, a kindly kick up the bum, and a bit of stark realisation?
What if – and this is the best bit – you were handed a succinct document clearly showing how your brand performs across 9 key strategic functions? A no-bull roadmap of practical steps to fix the wobbly bits and shore up those foundations.
All killer, no filler.
So you can finally…
- Show your best customers, why you’re the ‘only one for them’
- Make confident decisions, easier and faster (no dilly-dallying)
- Communicate with consistent character (whatever that may be)

What is 9 in 90?
A 90-minute, in-person**, fast-paced workshop covering 9 crucial components of your business, brand and marketing strategy – auditing everything you do from business needs and audience to services, touchpoints and content.
Taking you from foggy to focused in under 2 hours.
The result?
An unbiased view of the strategic elements you have in place and an expert recommendation of clear and practical next steps to fill the gaps and soothe the pain points.
Helping you find out who you are, so you can do it on purpose.
(** unless you prefer to be online, or are in the Outer Hebrides. Actually, we’d still come and see you – but it might cost a teensy bit more.)
Introducing The Good Stuff.
James and Helen.
We’ve been doing this stuff for half a century now, working with global businesses, local businesses, big brands, small brands and one-man bands (not the ones with cymbals on their toes).
We founded The Good Stuff waaaaaay back in ‘23 (2023, not 1923) after a particularly difficult time and a lengthy ol’ stint, in various established agencies.
Battered and bruised by the sad closure of the last business, we emerged knowing that there was a better way – a way to work that brings joy to us and our clients:

FAQs
Is this an ‘in-person’ workshop?
We MUCH prefer to work through these things face to face. We’ll travel to your office, or find a mutually convenient location. Just bear in mind that excessive travel (over 50 miles) or bespoke sessions (i.e. those involving wild animals or fire) will need to be costed accordingly.
If you’d prefer to do this online, we can do that too. We’re not precious.
How long does the process take?
Approximately 4 weeks from signing up to receipt of the final report – depending on diaries of course (we need weekends off too you know!)
Will we get any support after the session?
Absolutely. We can help with next steps in various ways. We can cost out specific workstreams for us to deliver, put you in touch with other subject matter experts ( we see them as our ‘A-Team’, with fewer guns) or provide you with a suite of worksheets to work through some of the next steps yourselves. Flexibility is our middle name.
Signed, James “Flexibility” Easley.
Who needs to be involved?
We think it’s important that the main stakeholders within the business are involved. If you have different functions, bring them in. If it’s just you running the show – that’s cool too.
How will this help me with my new website/ad campaign/content strategy?*
*add your own desperate plea here.
Clarifying your brand messages and defining how you communicate with your BEST customers, means you’re so much better prepared for the creative brief, or writing that strategic approach to…..well pretty much anything.
Whatever channel you’re focussing on – you need to ensure that your brand core is strong, you know what you are saying to who and you’re able to do so with confidence.
